342 ITS Cabinet

Product Overview

McCain’s 342 ITS Cabinet is the second largest cabinet in the ITS family. Its rugged and intelligent design provides state-of-the-art transportation control for any size intersection. Furthermore, it is designed to meet all of the requirements developed by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), and the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA). The 342 cabinet, patterned after the industry standard 332 controller cabinet, provides convenient modularity for a flexible control system. In addition to traffic control, the 342’s intelligent design is applicable to many other control requirements including sign control, closed-circuit TV (CCTV), ramp meters, irrigation control, highway railroad intersection control, and high-occupancy vehicle systems.
