General:
The extinguishable message sign is an internally illuminated
unit designed for outdoor use which will produce a clearly
visible message only when internally illuminated.
The overall dimensions of the sign are 48" high by 96"
wide by 8 3/8" deep. The housing is ruggedly constructed
and finished in McCain TGIC polyester powder-coat with all
stainless steel fasteners. Two lamp intensity levels power
the two VHO lamps. The 10" Highway Series E font message
panels are protected by a continuous hinged acrylic lens for
durability. The signs run on a 20 amp 120 volt circuit.
